What Home Means to Me

Home is more than just a building or where you sleep. It's where you live. Home is the fun memories of spending time with family and having fun with family and friends. Home could be playing tag with my brother or watching a movie snuggled up on the couch with my Mom and Dad. When I walk in from school, I can smell my mom’s supper that she is baking me. When I walk up the stairs, I see my hamster waiting for me. His name is Cookie. I got him for Christmas. My favorite activity is camping outside in my backyard with my mom and dad! Home is also playing with my best friends Avery and Skylar. I also have lots more friends I have fun with. I also love snuggling on the couch wrapped in a blanket like a burrito with my brother! I really love when my Mom bounces me and my brother up so high we get butterflies. That's why home is more than just a building or where you sleep, it's the fun memoreis you had with your family watching you grow up. Home is one of my favorite places to be.
