What Home Means to Me

Home… It’s a place you should feel safe. It’s a place that is jut great to feel like yourself and get rest after a long day. Even if it’s an unforgiving day you can go home and feel safe. For me home feels like a place I can go and not think about what bad things might be happening outside of my home… Home is a place you can just do what you want to do and get out of the way of horrible, bad thoughts and spend time with people you love!... In my home I feel like myself I don’t feel like someone will be rude to me or make fun of me. I just feel like I can do anything I want, which is why home can be so special! Even when I have a bad day my home just makes me feel better and it helps me to not think of the bad days I have ahead. In my home I have my mom, dad, brother and my adorable dog! In my room I can draw, craft exe and doing those things at home just makes me feel so great!!! It helps me to feel safe and at peace in heart. At home I feel just as I should, but that might be different for other people and that’s ok … Home is the best place to be!!!
