Home isn’t Just a Place to Live

Home isn’t just a place to live. It isn’t defined by walls, doors, or an address on a map. Home is the feeling of safety when the world feels too loud. It’s where you can be yourself without pretending, without fear of being judged. Home is found in the people who listen to you, even when you don’t know how to explain what you’re feeling. It’s in the laughter that fills the room, the quiet moments that don’t need words, and the comfort of knowing you belong somewhere. Home is where your heart rests after a long day, where love exists even on the hardest days. The meaning of home isn’t perfect, its acceptance. It’s warmth, memories, and the feeling of being wanted. Home isn’t just a place you live in, it’s a place that lives inside you. I will like to thank habitat for humanity for give people in need a warm place they could live in with the feeling of warmth and will have an opportunity to change their life together.
