My Happy Place!

I have a home. Merry and bright, I feel safe and sound. Even at night! I do everything there. Eat, sleep, and play. I go to school. But I look forward to the end every day! My house is not too grand Although, it is very small. It is full of care and warmth. With memories that cover every wall! My family and I are thankful and elated, To have a roof on top of our heads. This is a place to admire, And feel comfortable in our beds. In my home we are kind And with all the laughter that fills the air People smile with us Our home is full of care. If you ever see my house Don’t think it is just a shelter made out of brick It is a place with love. That does stick! I have a home Benevolent and fun Oh It sparkles, Like the sun.
