There Is No Place Like Home

Home can man many different things to everybody, but to me home is where my family is. It’s the smell of a delicious dinner cooking for me every day when I come home from school. It’s the feeling of my bunny jumping excitedly when I get home. Most people say your house is your home, but home is where your heart is. It’s not just a building. Every time I come home I see pictures hung on the wall, but they’re not just pictures, they are memories of all the fun times me and my family had. Home is a safe place, a happy place. It’s anything you want. It can even be your friend’s house. It is anything you want it to be. When you have a sleepover with your friends you get to experience what their home is like and to me that’s really fun, but the things I think about most when someone says home is the people that don’t have a home and I feel so bad, so I am grateful for my home and I always will be.
