What Home Means to Me

The meaning of home has so many different definitions. And countless memories are made in these homes every year. Home is a safe place where you can express your feelings and be yourself. There are countless people who must take on depression every day just to find a house or even a roof over their head for them and their family. But not under any conditions do they get the chance to experience the meaning of home. That is one of the reasons I’m writing. Home was where my dog Max used to relax and bask in the summer sun. Although he died at a very young age, my home is the place where he will always live in our hearts and in my home. Max was extremely important to me. But when he drove away with my dad to get put down, he had a faint smile on his face. Max was ready to move on, and I had to be as well. Home is a place where you can live with your loved ones no matter what!
