The Meaning of Home

Home is a place where you can feel cozy, have fun and watch tv or play with friends. In the summer, I can go outside in the pool or in the backyard. I love my home because of my family. We play games, eat and if I want, I will tease my brother. When I get bored, I can call my friend to come over to play. However, my house is not the only place that is “home.” Sometimes, I visit my Nan’s house. What I do there is, sometimes, I go see Jasper the dog. I can eat and sleep and best of all, go outside in the snow because it is winter! It is so fun to slide down the hill by Nan’s house. It feels so cozy when I'm back inside and get hot chocolate. Home doesn’t have to just be your house. It is anywhere you feel happy and safe. I love my home and my family.
