What Home Means to Me

Home is a cozy place where I feel loved, valued & cared for. I love & enjoy my home because the people there respect me & love me as much as I do. Home isn’t just a regular home to me, it’s a special place. I love home because I still do traditional things of my culture even though I'm in Canada. I think even though I'm Chinese, home in Canada still feels like home. I truly appreciate my home because a lot of people in different countries don’t have homes, & they struggle to do daily things like cooking, washing the dishes, laundry, showering & more, so I’m very grateful for my cozy, wonderful home. I think that home is very important to me because it holds memories, family & more wonderful things that some people don’t have. Another reason I love my home is because there's people there that I love deeply. I’m truly appreciative of everything I have in my home & my home, but although I tragically have lost family in the past I honor them & appreciate what I have in this world. I love home so much & would never give it up for anything, because it’s the most important place in the world to me.
