What Home Means To Me!

People ask themselves, “What does home means to me?” Home can mean many things! It’s the feelings, memories, friendships, family and more. Home can be different things for different people. For me it's where I feel safe, loved, and cared for. Maybe for someone else they have different feelings. One of the things that makes home feel like home is memories (at least for me). Memories of home are my favorite memories to tell. Sometimes coming home or being at home helps make me feel like I am reliving the memory. There are so many memories that you can have like memories when you got something, memories of a holiday that you did something so memorable and so much more. I feel that my favorite memories or in my home during Christmas. In your home you can make friendships whether that is with friends or neighbours or family or even making a better relationship the people in your home. I had not the best relationship with my family before, then life got tuff and we had to relie on each other more and now we have a stronger and bigger relationship. That is one of the best memories of my home and I will never forget it! Family is the one thing that makes my home feel like home and not a house. The things in my home are nice yes but things do not make home feel like home. I can live without things but I can`t live without my family in my home a least for now. Any time I hear the word “home” I think of my family. I feel that family puts the home in home. Have a great day!
