What Home Means

A house is something that is made out of wood and brick but a home is way beyond a house it is where you are comfortable, a home means you are protected and feel loved by your family and friends. Whenever I'm with my family I feel safe and loved as you should. In my home there are many things you can do but, the most important one is spending time with your family and loved ones. I'm lucky to have two homes because I get to spend time with my parents equally. That means I also get to have twice as much fun, and extra time with my parents. What I love about my mom’s house is I get to spend time with her, and we do lots of fun stuff like baking and going to my grandpa’s house and many more. What I love about my dad’s house is I get to spend time with him, and we play games and we watch hockey on TV and much more. Each of my homes are unique and quite different but they both feel like home and it proves you can have more than one home. I do many different things at each house but it still feels like home and they loved me to the moon and back. I also like it when I can express my feelings and tell my parents things that I wouldn’t tell any other person. I’m very happy that I have a home and somewhere to sleep, and eat because when I see people who don’t have a home it makes me so sad. I wish that everyone could have a home to eat, and sleep and be with their families.
