The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home for me is a place when you feel safe, joyful, and cared for and a place where you can cry and laugh. 3 years ago I lived in Mexico with my family and then I moved to Canada. When we were in the airport I was not sad that I left my house because my family is my home. When I help my mom make cookie I like that I am spending time with her and that we are having fun. My bedroom is not only space and a bed is when I feel safe , cozy and warm. I like playing board games with my family because I spend time with them. Home is not only walls and a floor It’s love and being cared for and being loved.
