What does home mean to me?

In my opinion, home means love. I love when my Mom, Dad and siblings hug me. My home is filled with people I love like my brother Jakhaii and my sisters, Rayven and Amina. It is a place filled with support. Once, when I lost one of my basketball game, my mom hugged me and said, "You will get it next time!" My family is also filled with many characters. My Mom likes music and my sister likes dancing. I like playing instruments and my Dad likes playing the DJ. My house is also filled with fun and laughter. We enjoy family game night, wasting our day when school is closed and jumping on the couch with our Ipad for a day of forgetting everything we have learned! We share bedtime stories, especially when my sister begs my parents to read them . Plenty of creativity in my house too. Once when my sister and I wanted to go to SkyZone, we couldn't so my parents set up a trampoline in the backyard. They added LED lights on it and blankets in it and we jumped around at night. It was so fun! My Mom always makes food that everybody likes because she knows it is unfair that if some people get to eat their favourite food and some people don't. My mom also gives us our Ipads only on weekends so we don't look at screens too long. I am so grateful that I actually have a home because some people don't have a place to live. Some kids and adults freeze because they have no shelter, food or blankets for warmth. This is what home means to me.
