Meaning of Home to Me

Home is not just a place with a roof over my head. It's a place where I feel safe. I have a family to make memories with and that's all I need. Home isn't something you need to see. It's the people you love, it’s the smell of parents cooking, the sound of my dog snoring, or it’s seeing my sister playing. Home is where my Mom bakes my favorite fresh bread rolls. Home is my happy place. Home is somewhere I can feel my feelings. I know not all homes are the same but all homes should have love. At home I play with my dog. She makes me feel happy, warm, and calm. At home I play dolls with my sister. My sister is funny, cute, and loveable. I love my home and I hope you do too.
