A home is NOT a house

A home is full of love, joy and happiness. It feels like a big hug when I walk in. A home is so much more than just a building. It has family, warmth and so much more. A house is just a building nothing special, but a home has memories, comfort, and laughter. Home is where I have sleepovers with my friends. Home is where I can share my thoughts. A house can be big or small, but home is just right. My photos on the wall, bring back all my memories just by looking at them. A house is bland, nothing unique to your family. A home is where you feel best, surrounded by family laughter, joy, and happiness. At home all the smells around you make you feel at home especially the kitchen where mom is cooking delicious foods. Home is a place where you have your friends over. Home, is you share about your day at dinner. Home is a place where I belong. I’m always so exited to get home after school to snuggle with my cats. Home is where your family is and where all the memories are made. When I think of home, I think of my cozy bed and my two cats. A home is somewhere special where you’ve made memories and had laughs. Home isn’t always the best, like when you’re in a fight with your siblings. Home is where you have family over to have dinner and play board games with your cousins. A house is boring no memories no laughs. A home is welcoming, joyful, and loving. A home is where you let loose, share your feelings and love. Home is a wonderful place. Home is a place where I truly belong.
