What my home is to me

A home is a safe place. In the outside world, I feel scared, but at home I feel safe. My home makes me feel happy that I have people at my house that understand me. It feels good that I have a safe place to go to when I feel hurt or down. It's not just a house; it's where you choose to belong! A home is chosen not by the seller; it’s only chosen by the people that are going to live in it. They choose their safe place, the place they want to come back to with family and their people that understand them. At my house, I have a mother that won’t tolerate anyone mistreating her children. No one and nothing can hurt me at my home. A home is a safe place you can belong to.
