My Home Has a Place in My Heart

My home is full of joy and memories. Home is my family and my peace. It is a calm place where you can relax. Home is a world of happiness, safety, trust, laughter, friendship, and family. It is an incredible place to be. Home has so much meaning. When I play card games with my dad in my basement, when I eat my favourite food that my mom cooks, when I watch my favourite show with my sister, when I play fetch with my dog, or when I relax on my couch with my gorgeous and fun snake. When I do all these things at home, I feel grateful and loved. I will lay down in my bed and go through my yearbooks and photos, and remember all the fun times I had at home. As I walk into my home, I feel tremendous, I am relaxed and calm. Home is a heart warming place. I feel so cozy. Home is a warm hug wrapped around me. It is not just a place made out of cement and bricks with a chair, oven, and other furniture, it is a big place in my heart. When I am at home with my family, I feel safe and trusted. I enjoy and cherish my home. It is a place where I feel like I belong. In my basement, all of my projects are hung up, and when I see them, I feel nostalgic because I recall doing them with my family at home. Home will always and forever stay with me. You can take me out of home, but you can not take me out of my home. My home has a huge place in my heart.
