What Home Means To Me

What home means to me is a place where I can be sad, happy and sometimes mad. Home is where I feel safe and where I can go when I’m scared. My home is a place where I feel joyful. I think home is a place where everyone deserves to be safe and happy. You might think “I don’t deserve a home” But that should not be in your head because I think everyone deserves a home. My family at home makes me feel safe and joyful. I would be very sad if that feeling, that joy was lost. I would be so sad to lose my home but I would still feel safe because my family would be there for me. What home means to me in five senses. It is the taste of buttered popcorn during a movie with me and my family. The smell of the sweet pea sent in my room at home. I touch the pages of my books before I go to bed at home. I hear my fan blowing in the background before I fall asleep in my room at home. I love my home and I feel sad for people who have no home. People that do not have a home deserve a home. So I hope that some day everyone has a home, some day. So fight with me so everyone can have a home some day.
