What home means to me……

Home means being safe and loved and it is a place that I can be myself with no one to judge me. When I'm at home I can sit by the warm crisp fireplace or I can go into my safe cozy room and my cat comes in and sits on my lap. When I come home from school, my dog is waiting at the door for me and to welcome me home by jumping on me. At home I can smell when Grandma is cooking and I can hear my siblings playing. My home keeps me safe, clean, and warm and it has love in the air. Sometimes I feel sad or mad but when I go to my room it reminds me I'm safe and loved. In the summer sometimes my family all get together at my house and that makes me feel happy. Also when I go see Grandma and Grandad at their end of the house I will look through my telescope or play checkers. When it's supper time I love the hot meals my Grandma or my Mom makes. I love when I can play with my siblings and see my baby sister Kaycie. She is so cute and makes me smile. Everyone should have a nice safe warm home.
