I Love My Home

Home is not just a house or apartment; it's the people around you. It can be your mom, your dad or sibling and pets. To me when someone says home I think of Ukraine. My home is my secret headquarters where I can be myself. Home is like a cozy hug wrapped around me. I have a little dog named Lily. She loves me as much as my mom. If I could describe my home in one word it would be perfect amazing and kind- oh wait that's four. I love my home as much as my mom and my dog. Home is a place to make happy memories including laughter, happiness and joy. The photos on the wall are not just any photos, there are snapshots of happy memories. My home is my happy place where I can be myself. Home is a place where everyone loves me. Ukraine and Canada are my two homes but there's a couple differences, like I was born in Ukraine but I live in Canada right now. I moved to Canada when I was six years old. My home is my safe zone with all the negitive energy around me. Home is my shield that protects me from anything that makes me feel not so great. My home is my treasure chest inside of it is love, joy and kindness. I love my home so much it's even better than a treasure chest. Home is a story book and every day is a new chapter. My favorite place is home. A saying goes there's no place like home. My family is my home forever and ever.
