What Home is to Me

The meaning of home is not about toys. It is about the family. What home is to me. When my moms spaghetti fills the house it is cozy like a camp fire and keeps me warm and safe. When me and my brother play outside in the snow having a snow ball fight and jumping on each other. Coming inside, having hot chocolate, going in front of the heater. Getting cozy spending time with our family is important like that. When me and my family play games, it gives me a smile on my face. l used to live in Ontario and when l did move to Nova Scotia l thought l could not fit in. Once l realized l could fit in and have fun and live my life, I realized that I want others to have fun with their family and make fun memories too. This is why my school is supporting habitat for humanity so others can have a house too.
