What Home Means to Me
Home for me means a place of love. Love can mean a lot of things, like a dog, bed or family, but mine is my family and animals. I did 4-H for 4 years and I love it so much. My family is where I got my funny, loving and kind personality from. These are all the things that make me who I am. I love movie night because it's a time we get to snuggle under blankets beside each other. I also love my brother's smoothies that he makes. Same with my mom's homemade food. We help, it's not just her making food.
My family makes an impact on my life. Same with animals, especially cows and dogs. I feel very safe with my mom when I get home. My dog Tonka is always happy to see us. I have four other dogs which like to jump when they see us. Their names are Bella, Pepper, Tetter and Hot Rod. My dogs do not lie other people. They act like guard dogs, but they work on my farm. I feel very safe when I get home. Habitat for Humanity is important to me because I think everyone deserves a place to call home like mine. A place to feel safe and be under a roof.
