Home is more than a building

Home is a place that holds memories like never before whether I'm watching movies with my mom or making forts with all my cousins. Having fun at home with your family is a once in a lifetime experience. The feeling of being at home playing with your friends and family, you may not realize it but that is what home truly means. Home is more than a building. Home is a place where I feel safe and happy even if I make a mistake or if I say something wrong I can still show my true feelings and not get judged for doing something wrong. Whether it's the sound of my mom painting or my dog barking, the sound of home is something I cherish. The pictures on the wall are like a hallway of memories that I can walk through. Playing tug of war with my dog and having fun with him every day is something that I'm grateful for. Doing puzzles with my family or playing uno with my friends, or even playing guess who with my sister, playing at home with your friends family and pets is something that I'm happy I'm able to experience. Playing hide and seek and playing games at home with my friends or watching movies with them are moments that I will remember for the rest of my life. No matter if I'm at school or playing with my friends at the basketball court, home is where my heart will always truly be.
