What home means to me

My home is the first place I went when I was a baby coming out of the hospital. My home is my safe place where I can go if I'm sad or mad. My home is a place where I can come home and smell my Mom’s fresh batch of cookies baking in the oven. Home is a place I can help my mom clean. Home is like a castle where my Mom is the queen because she cleans and cooks and keeps the house to gather with love and joy. Home is not just a place to watch tv and eat and sleep. It's a place where you can make memories that you can share with friends and family. Home is a place where you can walk around and look at all the pictures on the wall. Home is a place filled with memories,love,joy and laughter. Home is a place I can eat and sleep. Home is like a bat's den where I can go to get away from the outside world. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving me this opportunity and helping the people in need and hopefully more people get their homes. What you guys are doing is truly great.
