Hi! I’m Erik Abraham. I think EVERYONE deserves a HOME. Not a HOUSE, a HOME. I will state MY opinion on why everyone DOES deserve a home, and what makes a home different from a house. Comfort, Shelter, Family, and two big things. Ready? Let’s continue! My first thing is that I think comfort is part of a home, I also think EVERYONE DESERVES a level of Comfort. By comfort I mean a sense of peace, nice decorations to make your living space nice, privacy, enough space to make you happy, a sense of amazing calmness, fun things to make you joyful, happiness to keep you feeling ok, relaxation to let go of stress, and activities to entertain you. Think about it! Imagine you just got back home from a VERY STRESSFUL DAY. You feel A LOT BETTER when you get home and you get that sense of zen. So I think that comfort is part of a home, and that EVERYONE deserves it. My second thing is that I think EVERYONE DESERVES a good place to live, and it is DEFINITELY part of a home. A good enough resting and sleeping space. It would be warm enough, and have enough shelter. If you were out in your backyard and you were FREEZING it would feel SO NICE to be inside, warm, and comfortable. So I think EVERYONE DESERVES a good place to live, and that it is part of a home. My third opinion is that EVERYONE DESERVES some sort of FAMILY. Family is a BIG PART OF A HOME. By family I mean you get love, you have SOME SORT OF FAMILY because family means FAMILY, and pets if that makes you happy. Most of the time, I believe you love it when you see your family. So I believe that EVERYONE DESERVES FAMILY, and that family is a part of a home. But now for two BIG ONES in my opinion: MEMORIES and BELONGING (both can fit in family). THOSE TWO are some of THE MAIN THINGS THAT MAKE A HOME A HOME! When you are at home you get that sense of belonging, and you remember the memories of the good times at your home(s). EVERYONE DESERVES A HOME AND EVERYONE DESERVES THESE! So I believe EVERYONE should have those things, because we are all people. If you are in jail maybe not the average of those, but you do deserve AT LEAST ENOUGHT of all of those. Even the 2 people I would MOST LIKE IN JAIL: Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump deserve SOME extent of these. So, let’s dig a tiny bit deeper before we rap up. I believe that EVERYONE DESERVES a home, because I love my home, and I think everyone should have that sense of joy. And I just came up with a “poetic” way to say that: “The sun will always rise, in a way, but you won't always see it.
