What Home Means to Me

Home isn’t just a place where you sleep it’s about the things that happens inside of it. A home is a place that you can always trust and this is my safe place and it will always be. The things that I love about my home are: Every day when I get off my bus me and my dog go down in my basement after I’m done and we like to go on the couch. My dog likes to fall asleep next to me while I play NHL 26 on my PS5.Every Saturday night me and my family put on a hockey game and I like to eat some popcorn while I'm watching the hockey game. My home is a special place because I am free and I can do whatever I want to do at my house and I can feel whatever emotions I want to feel. My home is the most reliable place for everything. Every night after hockey in the winter as soon as I take a step into the porch I can smell the candles in my home. Every few days I put on a hockey game. If there's a game on, I'll watch it while my parents are cooking dinner. There usually not a hockey game on so if there’s a baseball game on. Sometimes I'll watch a Jays game.
