Meaning of Home

What is the meaning of home? This is what I think about. It may be different for you but this is from my perspective. I think about family, and the difference between a house and a home. The first thing I want to tell you about is family. Yes, I know that this paper is about home but this is part of it. When some people think about home they think “okay, this is my favorite chair” and "this is the best spot in front of the tv” which is okay. I think it is family, my siblings and my parents, the memories of the fun we have and of course my pets. All these things are things that I love and are important in my house. The second is a house versus a home. A house is a structure created for someone to live in. A home is almost like a building project with every memory or moment another board or screw is added. A home needs a family. A house can be loved but a house serves only one purpose: sheltering a home. Home is something really important. Every family needs a home and every family deserves one.
