Home: A Place I Love

To me home means family. I think everybody deserves a home to stay safe, to stay warm, to laugh, and to love every moment because some families don’t have a home. COMFORT. Home is a place of comfort. I’m able to come home safely and am welcomed by my grandma and sister. We have a couch that I can sit on, eat spaghetti at, play at, make memories at like with Legos or video games. Home is a place where I can bond with family, and it’s filled with lots of memories. I have a comfy bed and a room with lots of space that I can play at rest on. We have a safe neighborhood and very nice neighbors. And my family accepts me the way I am, that’s why I love them, and they love me. My home is safe, warm and comfy, and some people aren’t lucky enough to have one. FAMILY. Home is a place of love and family, people, and animals that laugh and love and make memories together. My family makes me feel safe, loved comfortably and lets me be myself. Family is like a tree the trunk is our different direction but stay together as family. I love to play with my dad when I’m bored, and I like to go camping with my grandpa and auntie. FOOD. Food is something that brings culture to family and identity. Like at my grammas home, cooked recipes that we get at reunions that brings us all together. Food isn’t just about taste it’s also about love and the hard work that they put into it. I hope families can have a safe and comfortable place to stay warm like me, especially in winter.
