The Meaning of Home

Home is the place where we hold memories. It's a place where I feel safe, like a shield. When I walk into my home I smell the yummy food on the table. And every night I sleep on my comfy warm bed. Home is the place where I can play my video games in peace. It's the place where my friends can come over and play. It's the place where I can chill when I come back from school. The place where I can play video games and have fun. Home is the place where me and my family can play board games and have memories playing. It's the place where my cousins can come and have gatherings. Home is the place where we can have movie nights and have yummy popcorn. It's the place where my only brother can come every week and feel safe. Home is the place where my family is strong together like my dad is the person who makes everyone feel safe and makes people laugh and my mom is the person who cooks and makes yummy food. These are the people who cheer for me in my sports and make me feel good. Those are the people in the house. And that's the meaning of home.
