My Cozy Nest

Home feels like comfort. like a chick feels tucked beneath its mothers wings. A home is not only about size, like a building with a lot of rooms, stairs, kitchen or backyard. Instead home could be as simple as a nest. What makes it home are memories held inside it. It totally does not matter where we live or where we are, you just have to feel it. People call it “Home Sweet Home” or “My Cozy Nest” for a reason. The reason is, home is a place where we are cared for, valued and loved. Think of a bird's nest, it provides shelter so the whole family rests and gets sleep without fear. In the same way, we go to school and work and will return to our home to re-energize for the next day. Also when the bird brings the food back to the nest and enjoys the meal together with its chicks making home a place of reunion. At home, families gather for meals, to share stories, laughter and moments that turn into sweet lifelong memories. Home is where growth begins. Home is a supporting place in which everyone works hard to achieve their goals. It is the place where a small baby takes the first steps, to be as big as where someone celebrates graduating. Just like a chick becomes a bird when it learns to fly and hunt for food and water. Whether for birds, animals and humans, home is a safe, comfortable and calm environment for survival and success in life.
