What the Word Home Means to Me

Happiness, warmth, love, comfy, safe, and kindness -this is what home means to me. My parents are divorced so I've lived in my dad’s house for eight and a half years and I've lived at my mom’s for 11 months. However I still feel like I don’t belong at my mom’s house. When I’m at my dad’s I feel like I belong there. When I’m there on the weekends I never want to leave because me and my dad play games, play fight while my dogs and me and my dad play fight too, and play with my dogs. So when I feel like I do when I’m my dad’s , I don’t want to leave, and I want everyone to feel the same. So, I want everyone to have a home and have happiness, love, safety, comfy, warmth, and kindness in their home.
