What Does “Home” Mean to Me?

Home is a place where your life starts. You can snowboard down mountains, and even try to survive my dog's farts! Home is a place where it shines bright. Home means a place where mom or dad can tuck you in for bed at night. Homes looks like mom, dad, my pets, my siblings and me. Home looks like a TON of electronics and a cup of Brisk iced tea. Home has games, times to be found, with sayings like “Just one more round!” Home can be found flying through space, on the earth. Home can be found following where I go after my birth. Home is made of unworn jeans. Home is made of candy from halloween. Home smells like pizza, burgers and pasta. Home smells like moms makeup and kielbasa. Home sounds like me about to crash out. Home sounds like family mingling about. Home feels like love and memories. Home feels like a family going on and on for centuries. Home means a place where mom or dad can tuck you in for bed at night. I'm grateful for a home and a family that loves me a lot and makes me happy. That's why I'm glad that Habitat For Humanity gave me this chance to write about what home means to me!
