A Home for Kevinn

Kevinn had a long Friday at school, he just wanted to go home. Once he got home, he went to the couch and cuddled with his dog Harley and watched a movie with his mom and dad. It was a Tuesday and he was happy; on Tuesdays his family got together in the kitchen and made tacos. After they were done eating their tacos, they would sit on their nice, soft, fluffy carpet and play Yahtzee. Kevinn always loved playing Yahtzee because he always got to yell “Yahtzee!”. He always loved winning. On Saturdays it was family game night. Kevinn’s aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents would all come over. They would play Sorry!, Candy Land, Yahtzee, and more games. After Kevinn’s family was all gone, Kevinn and his family would lay down on their L shaped couch and watch a movie, while Harley, Kevinn’s dog, would sleep in her comfy bed. On Sundays it was cleaning day Kevinn woke up to the sound of a loud vacuum and the washer and dryer running. As he walked down his stairs going to hug his mom and get some breakfast, he would slowly start to get a whiff of his mom's candles, perfume, and air fresheners. Dad was always outside cutting the grass. Kevinn ran out and hugged his dad and he smelt like fresh cut grass. After they were all done doing work around the house, they all made pancakes together. They would eat them at the dining table and plan on what they were going to do for the day. Kevin always felt at home.
