What Home Means to Me

Home isn’t a place, it's a feeling. Home A welcoming feeling, a feeling of joy. Home A place where memories of things I loved, Things I love, and the past line a neverending Wall. Home A feeling of love and belonging, and where Everyone is welcome. Home A place where I am protected and never Alone. If Home Was a thing, it would be the shining sun giving warmth and light to the world. If Home Was a smell, it would be the small of a forest After rain giving things a chance to start again. If Home Was a sight, it would be a flock of birds flying Free in an endless blue sky If Home Was a sound, it would be the sound of calm Ocean waves crashing effortlessly against the shore. My home is not my house, My home is my Family
