My Happy Place

My home is a safe and happy place, it is a place where I can relax and enjoy myself. When I open the door and enter my house, I smell the smell of my home. My house is usually a mess, the table is full of papers, and in the living room, there is usually clean laundry in the laundry basket sitting on the couch, and clothes on my bedroom floor. The entrance floor you can barely walk on it without stepping on boots or shoes. A place where I love to be, even though it is a mess is my home. When school is over, I go straight to the pantry to get something to eat and then go to the living room and watch TV. While I watch TV, my dog is always making some sort of noise, either he is barking or he is making noise in his sleep. My favorite things to do at home are to bake, sleep, eat, and clean. Those are the top 4 things that keep me entertained and are my jobs at home. My favorite things to bake are muffins or cookies. I usually have to clean my room, the bathroom, the living room, and the basement (I usually don’t clean the basement.) I also sometimes cook supper. I love my home; it is the best place to be. That is what home means to me.
