The Meaning of Home

Home is warm, Safe and bright, Love is here, Day and night. My room is neat, My bed is soft, I feel happy, I never scoff. Home is where my worries rest, A quiet place where I feel best. Walls hold stories, Old and new, Home is where we're mostly true. After days, long and roam, My heart leads me home. Home is comfort, calm and care, A place with love found everywhere. Through every fight and storm, I find peace at home. Home is laughter late at night, Soft goodbyes and morning light. Home is more than wood and stone, Its hugs and voices, love well-known. There's quiet spaces, warm soft beds, And words with kindness, softly said. No place on earth will feel the same, Home will always hold your name. Home is laughter in the hall, footsteps echo through the wall, There are memories made and lessons learned, A place where hearts will never turn. Tough times may pass, seasons roam, but love will always live in home.
