The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is lots of things, a house is just a structure with walls and a roof with nothing like pets or memories. Home has memories like when you took your first step or when you said your first words. Home is like family, playing with my sisters or fighting over something or eating at the dinner table laughing about stories. Home is safe, knowing that you're safe and sound in a secure home spending time with your family. Home is great because you can smell the fresh food made just for you and your family. Home is including and belonging because your parents will always love you and include you in anything. Home is listening when you're hearing your parents or siblings laughing at the dinner table about stories my dad had at work. Home has holidays like Christmas or Halloween or others like Hanukkah. Holidays bring love, joy, and happiness. Home is love knowing that everybody in your family loves you every day even when you're fighting with your siblings. Home is a place where you can relax and get cozy. Home is full of things you treasure and that are special to you like a console, like a ps5 or a computer. Personally, my treasure is my computer. A home has pets like dogs or cats or any other animals. Thank you Habitat for humanity for building houses for people in need and giving me the opportunity to do this.
