What Home is to Me

To me, home is more than just the place where I come home to every day. Home is where my mom cooks dinner, and where my family and I eat dinner together, and where I play with my sisters all day. Home is where my parents tuck me in each night. Home makes me feel safe and impervious to anything. Even if I've had a bad day at school, when I come home it all just melts away. My house is just where I live, whereas my home is where my memories are. (Good and bad) Home is always there for me, it’s one of the core things about it. My family is always there and that will never change. It makes me feel warm and happy, at some points, and at others I will be angry, but I will always love my family and my home. The other core thing is that my parents will never stop caring for me, and my sisters too. All those things are part of what home means to me.
