The Meaning of Home

Home is special to me. When I walk in the door from school I smell that great smell from my mom cooking dinner. Then my mom asks me how school was. Then I sit on the couch and wait till dinner's ready. I love my mom's food, It's so good. Home to me is like my favorite place to be. When I go to bed I have a roof over my head and covers to keep me warm. In my house I have laughter, love, joy and I get to play lots of fun games. It's my favorite place to be at and it's just so fun to play with my mom, my dad and my sister. Sometimes I help my mom cook some cookies, muffins, and pancakes for breakfast in the morning. I think that everybody should get a home. In my words home is like a place where everybody should feel happy and have laughter, joy and a family. That is the meaning of home.
