The Meaning of Home

To me, home means family, In my home, I feel the love everyone gives to me When someone says home, I think of my family and friends, The love my parents give to me, it never ends, I feel love everyday, when they come and they hug me, Everyday, I am grateful for them, It’s a place where I love my family and they love me, It’s a place I am loved for who I am, A home isn’t a house, that’s only a structure, A home is a place where you feel safe and loved and protected, It’s a place to make memories with the people you care about, Where whatever you do, you are supported, Home is where you and your family celebrate culture, It’s a place where love never breaks, Home is family for me, but it could even be friends, Home is where love never fades, Home is the one thing you love the most, When things get hard you go there for help, It’s a place where you learn to love and to grow, It’s a place that if you fall, you learn to get back up, A home is what matters most to YOU! It can be family, friends, and your house too, It can be the smell of your favourite home cooked dish, Or something you want, something you wish. My home is my family and friends, They care about me, and I care about them, Wherever I go, I have them in my heart, It’s a bond to strong, it can’t be torn apart,
