What Home Means To Me
Home could mean a whole lot of things to me and different people around the world. To me, home is a place where you can feel safe and loved by people around you like parents and siblings. Home can feel like a warm fireplace when it is snowing heavily outside. Home isn’t just a building but instead the place where you cherish all of your best memories with passion. Home is something that you go to when you have bad times. Home is a place where you can solve things in an encouraging environment with the backing of parents and siblings. Home also has an aroma so sweet that you would like to fall right into it. The rooms inside all have a separate important reason. The living room is like a world where there are no discouragements and always full of games, toys and especially love. In the kitchen, it is all about bonding with food. Magical food brings everyone together and starts an extraordinary conversation. In my bedroom, small pictures of me and my sister made an emblem of the good time we had in the past, all telling stories of our lives that day. Sometimes, my family members come back home looking down at the ground. In my family’s household, we don’t allow sad faces. We protect our family with love and we block out negativity coming our way to stop us. I sometimes think of home as a box waiting to be filled and explored as me and my family live life with positivity and teamwork. In the end, I think that my home is a place where everyone can connect without differences. I look forward to waking up every morning so I can live another exultant day in my life. Overall, I think that home is the engine of my family’s existence.
