The Meaning Of Home To Me

The meaning of home to me is a place where I can feel safe and protected, where I’m free to be myself and feel welcomed, where my family is, where I have comfort, warmth, food, and a bed, where I can dream and make mistakes, and my starting point in life. Home is special to me because as soon as I enter the building, I get an automatic good feeling and become super excited to see my family after the long school day. And when I wake up in the morning, I surge with happiness as I get out of my bed to see my family waiting for me in the living room. Me and my family went to Mexico about two weeks before the winter break for a hot, sunny vacation. Although my family was with me, I still wanted to be home, which shows that even objects and weather can make you feel happy. Home 🙂
