Home Sweet Home

The difference between a house and a home is that in a home you make memories and you share love with the people around you. Meanwhile, a house is just a building where sometimes you do not know the people there. Home means lots and lots of love to me! It also means you have to leave at some point in life for reasons and other things such as your house is too small or too big. You will soon love your new home. I had to move houses because my great grandma died and nobody lived in her house so my parents renovated it and now it's a nice home filled with love. Home also means that it does not have to be big stuff to have love. My basketball court makes my home special because my whole family loves sports and we all played basketball when we were younger. It's also special because together we get better at basketball when we use it. Finally. it's special because at my old house we had to leave our basketball court behind. The basketball court is a reminder of past memories. My favourite place in my home is my basketball court because we made a lot of memories their such as my mom almost spraining her ankle when we were playing soccer together. When the ball goes over the fence we have to go to our neighbors next door and ask for it. If it goes over the door we have to quickly run to get it before they see us. One moment at my home I’ll always remember is when my cousins from both sides of my family come over in the summer. We play with the skipping ropes and we learn how to skip when singing songs. I felt very happy because i got to spend time with both sides of my family. Family makes my home sweet home!
