Home is Family

Home to me is an impenetrable barrier full of love, fun, and happiness. Home is where I feel like I can be myself. At home, I love to have movie nights and play video games and when my cousin has sleep overs its my favourite because we play together. I love to come home seeing my cats waiting on their cat tree, waiting for treats and the love of their family. I love home because I have siblings to play with and friends to game with. I usually get snacks from the shelf full of snacks I love homemade foods, and I love playing outside with my soccer ball in the backyard. (: I’m doing this for the people without homes and for the people that a warm and cozy place to live, even when times are rough. I’m grateful for these privileges because not everyone has them. I’m writing this essay so Habitat for Humanity can build warm houses for people to live in because everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
