Meaning of Home

“Love in a home.” Home isn’t just a house, it’s a home. A place where there’s love in the air and my heart, memories that no others can replace, a family that’s there for you when you need loving or a warm place inside your heart. Home is the place where you can be yourself! Of course there are ground rules but those are for safety or to keep your home in line to be organized but there will always be loving family. When someone at school may do something that I don’t like, I can go home and express myself to my family and they’ll listen and make me feel better by listening or dealing with it for me, even maybe giving advice that can help. For me, my home is loving, caring, and comfortable when I need comfort. When I’m with my family my heart feels safe because my family has it and it’s loved, protected, and taken care of. My personality is because of my home, all of the memories that make me feel loved, and a family who makes me, me! My personality is cheery, confident, and funny in my opinion. When I go home to my family the memories are so favourable and that's what makes the moment so family friendly. When I hear the joyful laughs, the gleeful voices, seeing the sight of huge smiles makes me happy. Also, seeing the faces of such beautiful, pretty sights of my family. My favorite part of home is the food! It’s the best part about my home! To me the delicious scent of honey garlic meatballs with rice is such a delight to me. It gives me goosebumps from how delicious it tastes. So exquisite, very pleasurable, and SUPER lovely. It’s so divine not even words can describe. My home is like the other half of my heart. The lovely scents of perfume or food, the smiles, the laughs, the ups and downs, the love, and worst of all, puberty. My home was there when all that happened. I’m so grateful to have food to eat, a roof over my head, clothes to wear, and clean water to bathe in because not many kids have that. Oh sweet home, the way you make me feel is so beautiful that not even words can describe it.
