My Lovely Home

When I think of home, I think of my pet bird, patiently sitting in her cage as she waits for me to get home. When I think of home, I think of my mom, cleaning the house and taking care of everything. When I think of home, I think of my dad, setting up plans with my friends just for me. My home has cared for me for eleven years, and I’ve cared for it for a while, too! My home may not be the best, but it’s my best. It may not be a huge, big mansion, but it carries so many memories along with it and it’s filled with hope and love. Some people don’t have a home or people waiting for them at their home, they just live on the streets. Others have luxury, huge mansions with maids and a huge Ferrari, a piano for decor, and an indoor pool. Some others are begging for money and food. My wish is that everyone has a home. A roof to live under, walls to lean on, and a floor to walk on. I hope that one fateful day everyone on earth has at least a small home and a family that loves them and greets them when they get home from a long, hard day of work. Habitat For Humanity will make that happen, every single piece of writing, like this, helps Habitat For Humanity build houses for people in need. Thank you Habitat For Humanity for helping people in need of a home. A home is more than just a house; a home is a feeling. A place where you can do what you want with no restrictions or limits, unlimited time to stay and calm down. A home is a reason to live.
