A Place of Pure Happiness
For many years some people have been wondering what the difference between a house and a home are, while others just don’t know the difference, but they can feel it. That led me to pondering what does home mean to me? A roof over my head? A place where I can do what I want? Or somewhere where I feel safe? So, to answer this I went deep into my heart to see what I’d find. I finally found this: Home is a place where I am loved unconditionally, where my hopes and dreams began to take form, a site where all the negativity from outside dissolves to make room for joy, a stable ground in the ever changing world, a place where my story grows and lives and my home is a compass that points to the real me. Homes are not just buildings but a safe place where love soars freely like a raging river, problems turn into solutions, sadness turns to happiness beyond comparison and way more! Remember the question I asked earlier: what home means to me? Well, I got the answer! Home isn’t a place on a map, it’s a feeling of safety, comfort, and belonging. It’s where I can be my real self without pretending, where I feel understood, accepted, and at peace. Home is made from the people, memories, and moments that make me feel grounded and loved, home is where my family is together as one. Home is where my funny dad, my loving mother, my mischievous little brother and magical me live together happily. That is the difference between home and house. House is a building that puts a roof over your head, but a home is where love and joy exist.
