My Places of Home

Home to me isn't just a building. Home is a place where you can feel safe and protected. Home is where many valuable things or people you have spent lots of time with are. Home is where the people you love are like your Mom and Dad, brother or sister. Home is a welcoming place, like someone who gives you a hug. home is a place where you can be happy, home is a place where you can make wonderful memories like learning how to cook. Home is also a familiar place, home is where i smell my mom’s cooking. Home is where i can bond with my family, it is where i can tell somebody about my feelings and tell them things I'm not comfortable telling other people. When i think of home i think of my family, home can be a place where you feel you belong there. To me home can also be a place where you spend the most time in. Its also where you spend the holidays with your family. Home doesn't have to be a house, it can be a place where you make memories, and even if you move houses home is still with you because your family goes with you, and home is the memories in your heart that you will never forget. So to me this is the true meaning of home.
