Home can be anything
Home is not just a place to me, to me home is when I feel loved, even if it’s just one person they still make me feel like I belong and make me feel like someone actually cares for me.
Home is when I think of all of the memories of me and my family, especially with my dad. Home is when I feel safe with the people I’m with, for example: When I’m with my friends they make me feel safe because they care about me, they don’t make me feel left out, and they don’t make fun of me for the way I act.
Home also means when someone encourages me to do something that I feel like I can’t do, for example: When I’m painting or drawing sometimes it feels like I can’t do it, but then my mom comes up to me and tells me that I can do it. That makes me feel that I can do anything in life as long as I try.
For me I think that home is when I’m in the Philippines, this is because when I am in the Philippines I feel happy, safe, peace, comfort, and mostly at home. In the Philippines I also have my family there, and they make me feel the way I want to feel.
When I mostly feel at home is when I go to church or when I pray to God. This is because I feel safe, peaceful, and the holy spirit.
Having a stable home is important because if someone has gone through something it would be nice to have something or someone by their side.
That is what home means to me. Not just a house or a building but anything you want it to be.
