Meaning of My Special Home

Home isn’t just a place where you sleep it’s a special place where you feel safe, loved, and cared for. It’s also where there is family who supports you. I am grateful for Habitat for Humanity and l am so grateful for my loving family members. In my home I feel blessed and loved by everyone around me and l feel loved no matter. Even whenever we fight or argue, ultimately we will always have each other back in my home. l feel free and cared for in my home. We care for each other when it’s a family member’s special day and I am so thankful that my school is doing the Habitat for Humanity contest. We have hard times, but we feel better when we smell my mom's cooking that fills the house. It makes me happy. I am so lucky to have such a loving home. As long as we have a family that loves us, cries with us, cares for us, and laughs with us, we will always have a home.
