What I think of home

Home can be many things: a safe place, a warm place of happiness, love and laughter. Home is a great place for many things. A treasure chest we found when we were pirates, a gold mine for our future and good memories. And even more. For me home is a different place than at school or anywhere else. It's not bricks stacked on each other, It's more than just bricks, it's more than a collection of items or furniture. It's a feeling of memories and strength. Home is more than a living place. It's a memory and love. Home has more than you may realize and most people take it for granted but home gives memories the best kind, the warm visions of love and happiness. One of my best memories is my family Sunday. Every Sunday my grandparents come to my home and eat dinner. I feel that is my favorite time in my home. It gives me many memories. Home is a safe place that we should treasure and not overlook. Home will always be safe for anyone. Love and hugs can be like a shield from the worst of days and turn them around to an awesome day. Even if you're bullied there is something at home to help either it's in your room or your parents' pets or a book. To me home is my safest place from anything injuries, sickness and much more and we should treasure that. Any bad day or bad time my mom knows what to do for me to feel better. whether it's to crack a joke, a hug, or some time to myself she knows. Home is a place that is together may it be with family nights or just being there. Home keeps people safe and strong. It's the mental break we all need to keep us going on to the next day. The times that I’m with my family are great times. It does not matter, it's always awesome to be with my family, my uncles, my cousins, or others in my family. Board games or just chatting are great with them. I am writing this to habitat for humanity in hopes that other less fortunate families can have the joy and love of having a home to sleep in and.
